I bought my first property in 2005. Not as an agent, not as a career move — as an investor who believed in the long-term power of real estate to build real wealth. Over the next two decades, I grew a portfolio spanning residential and commercial properties from the GTA to Niagara Falls, participated in joint venture partnerships, syndicated mortgages, and private REITs, and learned — through firsthand experience — exactly what it takes to make smart, profitable real estate decisions.

That background is what makes me a different kind of agent.

When I joined RE/MAX Escarpment in 2018, it wasn't to start over — it was to put 13 years of investor experience to work for my clients. I know how to read a market, price a property strategically, and negotiate with the discipline of someone who has real skin in the game.
